Tuesday Class: 5:00 - 6:15 pm

Thursday Class: 6:45 - 8:00 pm

Saturday Class:  7:30 - 8:45 am

- Any class - 1st class is free -

Pam teaches Empowered Yoga, a Vinyasa style yoga, which means 'to flow' or carefully place. We combine ancient Yoga wisdom with modern exercise science. We connect breath to movement, working at your individual level, while moving your body through the poses.
